Daily Condiment: Hail Caesar!

I apologize for the daily thing not being so… daily. Last night I wanted some fish and I did not want a lot of fuss. I fired up the grill and pulled the halibut steaks that I had bought earlier in the day from the fridge. I patted them dry and stared at them, utterly clueless. And then I spied the bottle of Caesar salad dressing. A little salt, a little pepper and I slathered on the dressing like it was the only thing that would save the life of the poor fish. I seared the steaks on the grill and the dressing formed a kind of a goldeny crusty shell. Yum. We had veggies later. After we had finished gorging ourselves on the halibut. Mental note: always have Caesar dressing on hand.
