The NY Times Well Blog has a top 11 list of healthiest foods that you are probably not eating:

1. Beets
2. Cabbage
3. Swiss chard
4. Cinnamon
5. Pomegranate juice
6. Prunes
7. Pumpkin seeds
8. Sardines
9. Turmeric
10. Frozen blueberries
11. Canned pumpkin

Of these, I can say that I drink pomegranate juice very regularly. Cabbage gets eaten a couple of times a week and we go through at least a bag of blueberries each week. I like tumeric as a seasoning in some Asian dishes that I make and cinnamon gets used about once a year with the canned pumpkin (Thanksgiving pie). Can anyone come up with something palatable that uses, say, 5+ of these items?
