Daily Condiment

It’s Father’s Day. I did not trundle off into the forest with other fathers, pulling a wagon full of sausages and beer. I did, however, trundle off to the local breakfast nook to have some Eggs Benedict. With lot’s of Hollandaise. Okay, a truly profligate amount of Hollandaise. I think I shall figure out a way to bathe in the stuff…

    One of my favorite breakfasts. It always brings back memories of Sunday brunches at Brennan’s. I miss that place.
