Kill The Mexican?

It appears to be the ultimate battle royale. Jose Ernesto Medellin was born in Mexico but spent much of his childhood in the United States. He was 18 in June 1993, when he and other members of the Black and Whites gang in Houston encountered two teenage girls on a railroad trestle. The State of Texas wants to execute him for the gang rape and strangulation he was convicted of and for which he was sentenced to by a judge in October, 1994. Although he was informed of his rights to remain silent and have a lawyer, he was not told that he could have a representative of the MExican Consulate provide assistance. Medellin made a written confession. After the trial, he appealed to the International Court of Justice. The ICJ found that the conviction of Medellin and 50 other Mexican-born prisoners violated their rights to legal help as outlined in the 1963 Vienna Convention.

President Bush want Texas to abide by the ICJ ruling. This is the same President Bush that was governor of Texas while 152 executions took place. The same Bush who said that he’s going to ignore the ICJ if it makes similar decisioins affecting state criminal laws. Supposedly he is willing to play along with this particular decision because “ignoring it would harm American interests abroad”. Texas has told Bush and the ICJ to go pound sand. And now… wait for it… the Supreme Court is going to hear the case. But not Medellin’s case. Next week, in what has become a confusing test of presidential power, the Supreme Court, ultimately will sort out. All played against the backdrop of the election, xenophobia, race-baiting, and get tough on crime posturing.

Here’s my take on it all. If Medellin is a US citizen, then the ICJ has no standing and the only thing that the President should be able to do is offer a pardon/commutation, should he so desire. Otherwise, let Texas stick a needle in this guy’s arm and get it over with. If he is an illegal alien (not a politacally correct illegal immigrant), then his ass should be shipped back to Mexico. This is a big change for me. I have always believed that a person is subject to the laws of the land that he or she is in. That the laws of one country should ne be subordinated to the laws of some extra-judicial enterprise. Maybe by treaty, but sheesh. A person should not get special consideration just for not being a citizen of the country that they committed a violent crime in. But wait, there’s more. Once he’s back in Mexico, his body should be strapped with tamper-proof explosives that will violently implode and destroy Medellin should he ever get within 100 yards of the US border. And a YouTube video of the pond scum’s destruction should be immediately broadcast to the parents of the girls and the rest of the world should Medellin be stupid enough to test the system.

And before anyone slaps the racist tag on me… This has nothing to do with Medellin being Mexican. It has everything to do with the fact that he is a convicted, violent criminal that extinguished the lives of two girls during a gang rape.

Sickening that criminals like this can so easily illegally come into America and, claiming to want to be a part of this country, demand American rights and benefits, then commit an act of unfathomable, inhuman brutality and play the “I’m a Mexican national, you can’t touch me” card. Those two girls certainly aren’t playing now. So very young. And what about the rights of their families? We need to get as serious about the illegal alien problem as the crimes they commit and the burden they place on our society. We already have our own sickos to deal with, and they aren’t able to wiggle around justice so easily.

Kill him, please.. just kill him. I mean….just look at him.. He really needs to die. He is the most dispicable type of human there is. A crime loving evil sunofab*tch. I understand other countries being concerned about the justice their citizens may receive in the USA. But I dont even want to HEAR SUCH NONSENSE from Mexicans. The Mexican government openly declares that they enjoy how 50% of their population has migrated to the north. So if the Mexican government wants to unload its entire population on us, then I guess they need to get used to the idea of their citizens being prosecuted under USA law. Otherwise GET THE HELL OUT OF OUR COUNTRY!! I dont ever want a foreign nation dictating to us how to run our own country. If they were able to run their own country right then all of their citizens wouldnt be leaving to come here. Bottom line, the death penalty is a good thing, and being in a gang should be a punishable offense by execution. Death to the murdering foreigners! Death to the colored racist!

Do not let the UN decide our laws when an illegal alien murders 2 young girls. The UN is corrupt & wont back us so fuck em. They just want to see us fail. Lets attack the fricken UN we know they will pull out. PS China has Clinton bought and paid for.

Some people see the fact that a dead mexican is one less illegal criminal in the USA.
