Dinner Alone

I made focaccia and a tomato bisque soup. I watched the news. I turned it off. I ate almost the whole loaf; most of the soup. Kids and wife were out at a swim thing. The cat snoozed. Simple pleasures are, indeed, the best. Maybe a bit too much Vino Noble de Montepulciano…
